A collaberation between Trubble Brewing and Flat 12 Bierworks. Single hopped with Sorachi hops. Heffe IV yeast gives it large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes.

This hazy pale yellow brew has a mild aroma of wheat malt with a touch of hops. The flavor is mild to moderately bitter with light, malty sweetness. It’s a little thin and bland for my tastes, but it’s okay.
