tap - Pours a hazy, very pale yellow with minimal head. The aroma is of wheat, yeast, and a little tart citrus. The flavor is of a light malt with a tart, sour character. It’s a little thinner than I’d like and finishes dry-ish. It’s an okay version of the style.
