Bottiglia. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma persistente ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine, con velocità di ascesa morbida. Il colore è giallo torbido. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si depositano sentori di cereali.

Draught @ [ Birre Sotte L’Albero 2012 ] @ Bir&Fud, Via Benedetta 23, Roma, Italy 00153.Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, fruity, yeasty. Quit balanced and easy to drink. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121216]

Chiara schiuma piuttosto abbondante. buona persistenza leggero citrico un tocco pepato Quasi piccante discreto amaro finale
