This IPA is just like Guacamole: a little extra. A buffed up version of Unilaterale, this beer is smooth, hoppy strong ale has the smoothness of a much lighter beer.

Pours deep gold with a one finger head. It smells of resinous hops, tropical fruit and caramel malt. It’s moderately bitter with citrus, resin, and caramel malt. It’s not as bitter and hoppy as I expected given the listed ibu.
