Pours the creamy color of unfiltered honey. It has a small, lingering white head. The aroma is big on spices, especially cinnamon. There’s also graham cracker and peanut butter. The flavor is quite sweet but also lightly tart with cinnamon, bananas, and peanut butter. I’m getting some apple notes too. Okay, this is interesting and quite good. Dessert.
