Bottle. Pours deep ruby black with a medium brown creamy head and nice lacing. Aroma is roasty, cigarettes, coffee, toffee. Flavor is the same, lightly sweet, light bitter, notes of cocoa present as well. Rich. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. A very well done porter.

Bottle. Earthy lactic chocolate malt, caramel, and mocha aroma. Dark brown with a moderate tan head. Dark chocolate, coffee flavor with a roasty bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation.

22 oz. bottle. Dark, opaque pour, with a medium, foamy, khaki head and good lacing. The aroma is coffee, burnt toast, molasses, and some cocoa. Malty sweetness, and significant hop and roasted bitterness. Medium palate, sticky, and syrupy. Overall, this is a nice, roasty beer.

12 oz bottle. Poured a medium-dark brown color with a tan head. Aroma was dark, slightly roasted malts, caramel notes, coffee, dried fruits. Flavor was light coffee characters, caramel, roasted notes. Pretty flavorful and enjoyable.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, dusty malt and coffee. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dusty coffee, dusty roasted, malty. Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, little liquorice, medium sweet, hop, little bitter and a little caramel.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a deep amber glare and a small tan head. Aroma is toasted to caramelish malty. Toasted malty, breadish and dry. Bitter and dark roasted malty finish. Coffee into a dry chocolate and bitter finish.

Acquired in a trade. Pours a almost black with a finger head that fades fast. nose is toffee, caramel and leather. taste is chocolate, some cola and smoked malts.
