Pours lightly hazy gold and has the characteristic spicy saison yeast aroma. It has a similar flavor with some citrus and bready malt. It’s a bit dry in finish.

Sample at Derive during the Saison and Sour Fest on 06/05/2021. Slightly hazy golden pour with a medium thick white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of herbal yeast, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, citrus and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a peppery yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
