Pale salmon with a medium sized head. Dryish and musty with apple and berry. Medium finish and body.

Pours clear red. Smells of cranberries, ginger, and apple. The flavor is sweetish with ginger and cranberry prominent and the apple cider base underlying it. The ginger is more than a hint but that’s good. I like ginger.

12 ounce can from Woodmans Appleton, 12/20/20 (barely). Clear red, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of tart berry, tannins, dry apple. Taste is berry, apple, vanilla, very faint ginger. Medium bodied, crisp juicy.
