This Belgian style wheat beer gets much of its flavor from a warm fermentation with our Belgian ale yeast. A large dose of wheat provides a full body and creamy mouthfeel, and the light addition of orange peel and coriander play perfectly with the yeast esters in this beer.

Pours hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is of yeast, lemon, and clove. The flavor is lightly sweet with wheat malt, clove, and lemon. Lively carbonation.. Light to medium body.
