As the Brut name suggests, this a very dry IPA. The use of flaked wheat and rice allows for the dry character of this beer. Bittered with Citra hops and relying on Simcoe and Mosaic for its aroma.

Clear gold pour with a lingering white head. Resin and citrus hop aroma. Flavor is moderately bitter. It’s hoppy, clean tasting and very drinkable. Light bodied, it finishes somewhat dry.
