bottle from real ale store newark, hazy deep golden colour with a white. light fruity and citrus aroma and taste which is also fresh and light bitter at the finish

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, soft - smooth. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120807]

Cask at the Pretty Bricks, Walsall. Poured a clear golden brown with a big creamy white head and bags of lace. The aroma is malty with citrus notes. The flavour is medium bitter hoppy with a zesty slightly spicy palate. It’s a very flavourful satisfying real ale and perfect for a session.

Cask@GBBF2012. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, floral notes, bread and some mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, mildly toasted and some slight caramel. Pleasant and nicely bitter.

Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2011. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor. has a fruity malty hoppy caramel finish.
