Fläschla: Deep golden to copper coloured, visible carbonation, medium-sized creamy off-white head, mild to moderate bitter-sweet aroma of malt, including very shy traces of toasted malt, with herbal-flowery hops in the background, not to forget a barnyardy touch; mild bitter-sweet flavour, hardly medium bodied, at least soft; lingering bitter-sweet malty finish with shy fruity traces. Not great, especially by franconian standards...
