Schnapp-Fläschle (Dank am See!): Hazy, pale golden, quickly collapsing loose white head, dryish herbal-fruity nose, yeast, pale malt and grains underneath; distinctive bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering bitter-sweet finish, drier and even hoppier in the aftertaste. Help! This one should be a bit softer...

On tap. Pours a cloudy golden color. Aroma of strong hops, some malt. Taste is grainy, bitter.
