GABF week 2012. Pours with a lightly hazed pale yellow hued body with a small white head. Aromas are funky, citrusy, pineapple, tangy, floral, lightly hoppy, leathery, clove and earthy phenols with a ton of horsey aromas. Flavors are pretty tart, earthy, horse, hay, lemony acidity, lacto, grainy, pineapple, juicy esters, very lively carbonation with a dry and crisp finish.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear matt light yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, fruity citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, citrus, lacto, peppery (white pepper). Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20130111]

Bottle, 5.7%. Unclear milky yellow with medium white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, citrus and spices. Flavour is malt, spices, yeast, spices, little sour, herbs, clove, apple, lacto, hop and medium bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is hazy yellow. Aroma and taste are yeast, brett, pepper, citrus, pineapple and malt. Nice and refreshing. Nice and easy drinkable.

Draught at the brewery on October 9, 2012Cloudy yellow color, white head. Sweet, light acidic scent. Sweet, light acidic, some lemon taste. Lemon aftertaste. Spritzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

Tap @ Funkwerks. Pours a cloudy, light whitish yellow appearance with a fluffy, white head. Spicy, milky, lacto, pineapple, pear, a bit bretty aroma. Tangy, juicy, tart lemon, light lacto, somewhat herbal, light flavor. Interesting but not my favorite.
