No Tacos For Todd passes the Summer patio crusher and post-Yardwork tests. It is a clean, crisp, and easy drinking lager. The thiols add tropical fruit flavors (guava, passionfruit), as well as white wine, but they aren’t overwhelming. We used Pilsner malt and a variety of malted corn called Oaxacan Green Corn, both from Indiana’s own Sugar Creek Malt Company.

Yes, sadly Junk Ditch is out of business, but they liquidated their inventory on the cheap and a local bar got five different kegs that are currently on tap. This one pours clear gold with a small white head that leaves some lacing. There's a mild, lightly fruity grainy malt aroma. The flavor has sweet, grainy malt up front with guava and grape notes leading into a crisp, mildly bitter finish. Light bodied. This is better than I expected as I usually don't care for pale lagers much. They really brought out a fruity character.
