Anniversary beer is a deluxe version of our Doppelbock recipe using twice the dark dark roasted Munich malt as usual, and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops.

Pours clear amber brown with a small, quickly fading head. It smells of caramel malt and booze. The flavor is quite sweet with caramel toffee malt and very mild hop bitterness. The high abv is mostly buried under the malt. Full bodied. Quite good.
