Bottled. A dark red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of mint, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, mints, bread, and spices, leading to dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear, brown beer topped by a dense, finger-thick light beige head. There’s a note of roasted malts and chocolate in the aroma, but most of all it’s mint. Way too much I think. It could probably work well if the amount of mint was reduced significantly. The flavor too is mostly mint, with some roasted malts, especially in the finish. Well, mint is not my preferred herb in any way, and in beer it would be better to skip. 130215

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy reddish amber with an off-white head. Thick mint and nothing else in the aroma. Rather thin body, no real malt character and a massive and unbalanced bitterness. Adding mint to a "Brown Ale" is probably the worst idea in modern beer history. 150213

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Tasting Ulfborg, 2013. Pours murky brown with a small white head. Toothpaste, menthol, oddness and one dimensional scheiss. Shit.
