In the early 1950s, an enormous amount of electricity was needed for the nation’s Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) to fuel a uranium enrichment plant near Portsmith, Ohio, as part of the Cold War years. The Clifty Creek power plant in Madison (famous for its three tall stacks) met that need and was once the largest private electric power plant in the world.
3 Stacks Pale Ale has a flavor profile that includes Citrus, Pine, Blueberry and Peach, along with Tangerine, Papaya and Rose.
Brewed for all fans of taking a slow cruise down the Ohio River. A perfect spring beer.

Pours clear copper. Smells of caramel malt, citrus, and a little pine. The flavor is moderately bitter with piney hops, caramel malt, and a bit of citrus. Medium body.
