500ml bottle. Clear dark copper colour with average, frothy to creamy, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly roasted grainy aroma, unripe spelt grain, underlying caramel malty notes touching on chocolate. Taste is moderately dry roasty grainy, minimally grassy, a bit watery. Very much taste for its low abv, though.

Bottle: Deep ruby-amber coloured, clear, mid-sized creamy off-white lacy head, light to moderate dry roasty nose with traces of caramel underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied - as expected; dry and lingering roasty-caramelly and malt-bitter finish. Incredible! Such a tasty brew, and only 3% ABV...

Bottle. A clear, reddish dark brown beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Caramel, some dried fruits and a touch of fresh fruits in the aroma. Coffee-like roasted hints. Coffee notes, caramel and dried fruits in the flavor. Medium body, semi-dry, and with a soft carbonation. Roasted, caramel finish. Certainly a boring one, certainly not undrinkable. 120817

(bottle) Clear, dark ruby colour with a short and tanned foamy head. Dark malty aroma with hints of caramel, liquorice and a subtle berry-fruity touch. Mildly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented taste with hints of chocolate, liquorice and a touch of caramel, accompanied by subtle fruity flavours; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish with notes of chocolate and liquorice. Not bad despite its low alcohol-level. 27.VI.12
