Pours clear pale yellow and bubbly with a lingering head. Honestly it smells kind of like Windex. I think there’s some honey too, but glass cleaner is not a great thing to smell in my mead. Thankfully it doesn’t taste like glass cleaner at all. The flavor is very dry. There’s honey and a vague fruity character with some booze. A touch of sweetness comes through. It tastes pretty good, much better than it smells.
