On keg at Bayard's Cove in Dartmouth. Appearance - yellow and still. Slight haze. Nose - fresh but not sweet apples. The merest hint of something yeasty and some apple skin. Taste - delicate and sweetly ripened apple. Palate - medium bodied and refreshingly balanced through middle and finish. Overall - very nice.

Bottle at home, from Aune Valley farm shop, 01/05/18. Lightly hazed orange amber with a fast collapsing head of bubbles. Nose is earthy apples, light musty orchard wood, clove, toffee, damp straw. Taste comprises toffee apple, earthy, apple skins, light herb, wooded tones, faint spice, lemon drop. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Nice earthy cider ... good flavour for the ABV.

Canister@GBBF2012. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, some yeast, mild cheesy and tart wooden notes along with some sweetness as well. Flavour is quite dry apples, mild tart wood and some sugary and vanillaish notes as well. Vanilla grows rather big in the aftertaste.
