The second in our trilogy of IPA’s, this brew is also dry hopped but with Centennial hops and has kettle additions to bring this brew in at only a mere 35 IBU’s, almost half of the Snap IPA described above. This version is less malt accented then Snap IPA and more hop forward with flavor and aroma of the floral hops. Medium bodied and golden hued. 5.2%

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
On tap at the brewpub. Waitress said cask, and I trust her. Body was cloudy medium-amber, small lasting white head. Aroma was citrus pines, sweetness. Flavor was pine, grapefruit. This one was pretty good even though I had a heck of a time trying to order this one without turning into an Abbott and Costello bit.
