330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellowish golden colour with average, foamy, diminishing, white head. Asian spicy aroma, lots of ginger. Taste is dry, bitter, soapy, hints of ginger, straw, asparagus. One-dimensional aroma, unpleasant taste. Not my thing.

Cask gravity at the Wandsworth beer fest preview night 26/03/14. As cold fusion. Pale golden colour with a light haze and a big persistent white froth. Aroma is nice floral lemon and ginger beer. Some lavender notes as well. Flavour is nice fresh ginger beer. Light spice in the neck. Some soapyness. Palate is refreshing and medium carbonation.

330ml bottle at home from the breweryโs online shop. Pours clear pale yellow, big frothy head. Aromas of lemon, ginger and cereal. Taste has a building heat, ginger and lemon. Very light sweetness. Lingering ginger heat finish. Gassy.

Medium creamy white head. Slightly hazy yellow body. Spicy gingery lemongrass aroma with lime notes. Dry-sweet peppery lemongrass taste with gingery herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, smooth mouthfeel, slightly oily. Dryish fruity lime and lemongrass aftertaste with ashy notes. Nice, drinkable, refreshing. (0.568l cask at Brigantes, York.)

Cask (gravity) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy ginger. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spciy, ginger, peppery ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Not a bad beer just I DONT LIKE GINGER - SPICES IN ME BEER ! [20120503]
