Bottle at Yespr’s - yellow golden pour, white head. Grassy and herbal spicy aroma and taste, definite ginger, some mixed herbal and veg notes on the palate, very different.

Hand-pulled half-pint in The Station, Oakengates on 29th June 2014. Golden coloured brew with a thin white head and ginger everything. Not to my liking at all: couldn’t finish it.

Bottle from Bier Huis, Ossett. Hazy, dark straw colour. Plenty of carbonation keeps a thick, fairly dense, white head, going. Aroma is wheat. Ginger. Light lemon pithiness. Taste is light, spicy dry. Fresh, lively palate. Finish is fairly dry. A little bitterness. Some mild heat from the ginger. A little bit saison-ish. Nice, easy drinker.
