I had this at the brewpub Summer 2006. Pours hazy pale yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma did initially not show too much coconut but more a mild acidic wheat note. Flavour was sweet and with a much more pronounced coconot flavour. Mild citric and sweet finish with a lasting coconut note, good that I had another beer to clean this out with.

An unclear light yellow-orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma has strong notes of coconut, but also a fair amount of wheat, the combination being quite perfumated and reminding me more of a cake than a beer. The flavor is unpleasantly perfumated with an underlying sour wheat note, and the body is thin. Another mishap of an experiment at Skovlyst.

(On tap) Hazy, pale golden with a small, white head. Extremely unusual and rather complex aroma of Brettomyces and coconut. Rather light-bodied without any real maltiness. The Brett-character disappears in the flavour only leaving a slight tartness and leaving room for the coconut accents. Unusual but actually rather interesting. But is that Brett really intended? 240706
