A hazy dark orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is quite sweet and very fruity - especially peaches, but also with a citrusy hop note. The flavor is quite sweet malty with notes of fruits (oranges), spices (thyme), yeast, and some hops. The hops giving it a bitter dry end, which is taken over by a late note of the thyme. The mouthfeel is quite carbonated at first, and the alcohol is felt somewhat on the tongue and palate, but it vanishes quite fast, so the end seem watery. A bit more residual sugar should make up for this - and would be good on my palate.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish, spicy and fruity aroma. Rather full body with plenty of sweet caramel malt. Very fruity accents while the spices reveal themselves rather discreetly. Light bitterness in the finish. Quite interesting. 060706
