A beutiful orange beer with a very slight haze and a thin beige head. The aroma is fruity with notes of walnut as well as other nuts, but also a slitght note of minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of minerals - especially calcium, but also light fruit notes - oranges and peaches showing off, and with a dry bitter calcium end. A good remake of a Bitter from Burton - but the minerals are too distinct for my liking.

(On tap) Beautiful, clear amber with a nice, creamy head. Malty aroma with some lightly flowery notes. Rather light-bodied with some lovely fruity notes. Surprisingly sweet, malty character with a rather high carbonation and almost no bitterness. Certainly not your typical Bitter. A guest brew courtesy of the president of the English Beer Academy George Philliskirk. 171005
