(On tap) Amber coloured, slightly hazy with a small head. Almost no aroma, no flavour and no body. Incredibly characterless beer with no real traces of malt nor hops. That doesn’t leave much idea of a beer, does it? 220505

An unclear dark orange beer with a huge beige head. The aroma is very light of wheat. The flavor is very nutty with light notes of buck wheat and hints of wheat dryness in the end, while the body is thin.

An unclear orange beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is very wheaty with notes of citrus as well as hints of yeast. The flavor is again very wheaty - but a little off to normal wheatyness, it is probably the buckwheat. It also contains notes of oranges as well as yeast. The buckwheat is much more present in the brew done by Sct. Clemens than in the same brew done by Apollo, which makes the Sct. Clemens version more characterful and therefore IMO better.

An unclear amber beer with a nice light brown head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of wheat. The flavor is also sweet malty, but also with light notes of buckwheat and fruit. Quite boring.
