(On tap) This is 5,2% ABV. Red like cherry juice, even the small head is pink. Lambic?? My ass. Rumour has it, that this was some bottom-fermented beer that got infected and the brewer tried to "save" it by adding berry juice. Money rules - you shouldn’t try to fool your customers. 110404

Beautiful ruby color; pink head, Cherry aroma and wood. Good body, sweet and fruity, a bit astringent at the end (kernels).

A beutiful red brown beer with a beutiful white head. The aroma is very powerful of cherries. The flavor is also dominated by sweet cherries - but too sweet and too much cherry flavor for my liking. But the flavor also contains notes of malt, earth, and some sourness from the wildfermentation pricles the tongue. In the end it turns dry. It has an OK palate. It gets better as it gets warmer.
