(Bottle 33 cl) "Witte Kerst" means White Christmas, but in this case I guess it also refers to this this being a Witbier (at least quite some wheat in here) - although a very strong one. Christmas wheat beers are rare, I only remember one other "Du Bocq Blanche de Noël". Honey golden but extremely unclear (like most Boelens beers) making it almost grey. Huge, uneven head. Very full-bodied and a lot more bitter than the typical wheat beer, but still refreshing. 090698
