(Bottle 33 cl) Greyish, hazy beer with a tall, frothy head. Lightly tart nose. Very dry, tart citrusy flavours and perhaps some coriander although the label doesn’t mention that. It does however mention wheat, and this is very close to being categorized as simply a Belgian witbeer - although a not so typical one. 120498

Powerful aroma of corriander, yeast and wheat. Unclear dark yellow with a fine dense head though fast disappearing. The flavor is yeasty with notes of corriander and malt. The alcohol is prickling the tongue before the end is dry.
