Van het vat in het Boshuisje. Mooi donkerbruin bier met stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter en ietwat zoet met sporen van chocolade en mokka.

Reddish brown colour, small cream head. Aroma of caramel, dried dark fruits, light spice and yeast. Flavour rather sweet, dried fruits, light milk chocolate. Finish chocolate milk, caramel and dried plums.
Quite OK beer, much better than the Loteling Blond.

A hazy dark red beer with an orange-brown head. The aroma is yeasty combined with notes of alcohol and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, giving it a sticky mouthfeel.

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark brown, very hazy with a fairly decent head. Spicy, dry tar-like mouthfeel - with some late sweetness. Dried fruits and a hint of bitter chocolate. no hop-bitterness though Excellent indeed. 161297

Brown-amber colour, thick head. Very light aroma, not very pleasant. Decent body, but spoiled by un unpleasant sourness.
