(Bottle 75 cl) The label informs us, that the reason for naming this a "Mole beer" is not really known. But that it IS well known, that excessive drinking makes you blind as a mole.... Well, then you’ll have to down quite a few Mol-biers, as this is really rather harmless. Unusually (for a wit) this is brownish and hazy (like Dutch canal water....). But all the typical witbier characteristics are here, although I cannot for sure detect the exact spices - some citrus though. Very weak body, as would be expected.
