Fläschla (Served by Herr Zwanzger himself at the Bochum Trinkhalle...!): Golden, cloudy, huge loose white head that slowly collapses, dryish moderate to solid floral-hoppy nose with herbal and exotic-fruity spots (they used a field blend of hops...!), mild malty influences; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, quite soft - but - light bodied; lingering - with hops sticking to the palate - dry bitter-sweet finish, slightly balanced by a certain amount of pale malt.
