€-Fläschle( Dííík! ): Deep golden, a bit unclear, quickly collapsing loose head; mild sweetish-grainy nose, toasty traces possible, shy strawy hops underneath; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite soft, quite light bodied; mildly lingering fruity and grainy and bitter finish. A simple thirst-quencher, not unpleasant...

bottle from Getränke Grimmer Gundelfingen. Very slightly hazy amber-chestnut colour, fluffy white head. Malty start with a touch of caramel, grainy biscuits. Shy but pleasant hops, slightly woody and very slightly resiny. A very shy fruity touch in the background. Smooth and velvety on the palate. A little rough around the edges but definitely with its own character.
