12oz bottle pours out a dark golden topped with a white head. Nose is cereal malts grainy and a nice hop kick. Taste is more of the malty touch and a good hop balance.

A good looking IPA that’s nice on the nose with a good hoppy flavour but not too overpowering. Reliable feeling and flavour. Sampled at a restaurant down in Las Vegas, paired well with gourmet food and was indeed their "craft beer" selection of the evening.

9th May 2015: bomber into a stemmed tulip (twice) at my daughters house in Orange County. No sediment in the first pour, still a cloudy looking orange, the head a white blanket that soon became a thin wispy covering and a collar. The second pour I allowed the sediment into the glass: murkier and even more hoppy! Floral hop aroma with a spicy/piny touch, some citrus traces also. Hops to the fore in the taste also, crisp, bitter and sharp in nature. Gets more bitter as it warms in the glass: this is a real hop bomb in every sense, no room for any maltiness from what I could taste. A bit of a hop monster for my delicate English palate, but I really enjoyed it’s boldness and hoppy nature. I must be warming to these ’West Coast’ hoppy brews.

Draught. Hazy pale yellow with greenish tint, small foamy white head, floral hops aroma, high carbonation, sharp hoppy taste, long finish. Quite dominating hops flavor all through.

12 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Clear golden yellow with 3 fingers of off-white head. Aromas of grapefruit citrus, lemon lime, floral notes, citrus rind. Tastes of grapefruit citrus, floral notes, pine, bitter hops. Medium body with a semi-dry finish. Juicy mouthfeel.

Bottle @ booze cruise. Dark orange appearance with a cream colored head. Quite spicy, woody herbal, dull citrusy, herbal nose. Flavor is pretty harshly bitter. Some grassy herbal flavor. Caramel. Not sure how fresh this was but it’s not very good now.
