Svrchně kvašené světlé pivo. Dvojí chmelení v průběhu kvašení mu dodalo intenzivní šťavnatost a svěží chmelové aroma citrusů, květin a kokosu. Díky přidání ovesných vloček a pšeničného sladu na varně má pivo plné a krémové tělo.
Chmele: Idaho 7, El Dorado, Riwaka.

Tap at the brewery. Thin body, light carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light sweetness. Lots of dill, herbal, dank character. Interesting character, because the hops used made me expect a completely different character. Kinda curious what was going on here, I wont trash the beer, because the hops info might be inaccurate. The beer as is is drinkable, ok, but not great.
