Acquired in a trade. Enjoyed in Hill Farmstead Stemware. Cloudy dark gold. Really nice lacing. Smells tart and sweet like fresh peaches. Sort of a candied sugar smell as well. Wow. Nice sort of muted tart acidic taste. Very refreshing, hints of peach, pineapple. apricot and raspberries. Very bready dry belgian finish. This is a solidly enjoyable beer. Another win from Perennial!

Bottle @ Brad’s house Minneapolis, courtesy of jcnielsen. Thanks Justin! Pours a bit hazy, golden orange appearance with a white head. Very unique, herbal, berry, plum, quite of spicy yeasty, skin of zesty fruit skin aroma. Pretty tangy, mildly tart, well carbonated, red grape, plum, light tannin, peach/orange fruity flavor with a dry, lingering pluot finish. Bubbly, well carbonated mouth feel.

Belgian Beer Fest Boston. OK, I wouldn’t recognize a pluot if I tripped over one. But this beer is much more fruity than your average tripel, with plums in the nose and taste. Not overly sweet. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice sweet grain and Belgian spice note with a really nice plum note. Flavor has a nice plum note with a hint of tartness and a backing note of sweet grain and light Belgian spice and yeast.
