Cask at the brewery tap. Pours golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hop, fruit, flowers and biscuit. Light sweetness, quite heavy bitterness. Light body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light toasted malty. Mild fruity. Botter, light grassy and vague citrusy hoppy. Bitter, dry and crisp hoppy. Ends dry and bitter.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, apple, light to moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120808]

Cask@GBBF2012. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and some mild berryish and nutty notes. Flavour is fruity, caramelly, bready and wooden. Pleasantly balanced and good session bitter.
