16 oz bottle from the Packie.
Pours a lightly hazy medium gold with a small bubbly white head that persists. Cereal wheatiness on the nose with earthy floral to counter. Bubbly mouth smooth mouthfeel. Flavors of spice clove and banana. Really well made Hefe!

Euro2-Flasche (kindly delivered by Otto’s neighbour!):Golden, hazy, quickly collapsing head; sweetish fruity-wheaty nose, clovey spots underneath; mild to moderate more sweet than sourish flavour, a bit fizzy, but all in all still soft;a bit drier and more sourish in the fruity-wheaty finish. Drinkable, but surely not my favourite…

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Delicately grainy malty and moderately wheaty aroma with a tinge of banana and clovy spice. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly grainy wheaty taste with hints of banana and traces of citrus, backed by bearable clove-spicy notes in the background; mildly sweet and delicately sour-tart finish with notes of banana and a slightly grainy touch. Close to the Wildbräu Weisse. 26.X.15
