Extrem kalt serviert vom Fass im Süssmund in München. Trüb, golden, etwas Schaum. Aroma etwas Hopfen, etwas würzig. im Geschmack nicht unangenehm süßlich, wenig bitter.

Gourmet-Flasche(Dank an Otto!):Hazy golden, small and stable off-white head; grainy and tart-hoppy nose; dry bitter flavour, light bodied and tart; gets milder and more fruity towards the still bitter and grainy finish. What a pity! Not great…

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and medium-sized foamy head. Grainy, slightly doughy and milky aroma with a whiff of herbal hops in the background. Sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Grainy and slightly worty pale malty taste with shades of hoppy spice underneath; sweet malty finish with a shy hoppy notes, too discreet to give a little balance. Not a must. 21.X.15
