0.5l bottle from E.Leclerc RIBEAUVILLE. Head is thin, off-white, quick gone. Colour is deep gold, light hazy. Aroma is malty, peach, orange, yeasty phenolic. Taste is medium malty base, bit better than aroma, not so yeasty with honey tones, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, ok for farmhouse, drinkable.

Bouteille(Merci, monsieur le professeur!):Cloudy, pale golden with an orangey sheen, relatively quickly collapsing off-white head; necrotic yeast in the mildly sourish and grainy nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, tart; traces of turpentine in the sourish yeasty-grainy finish.Pas de la gloire…

bottle from Auchan Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Hazy golden colour, large and fluffy white head. Malty with a shy yeasty and fruity touch, some aromatic and bitter hops towards the finish.
