Bottle at the Cask, Pimlico, 18/01/13, split with Chris, Jan and Charlotte. Hazed mid amber with a thin off white head. Nose carries a big dose of pine, dank hops, citrus, bitter grapefruit, peppery tones. Taste comprises hops, pine, citrus, grass, grapefruit, mineral tones. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, bitterness in the dryish finish. Decent enough but could be have been a 3.8/9 for me with a little more attention.

Bottle, CP&K. IPA Columbus, Cascade, Bravo. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is orange, tangerine, Irn Bru, pine, some sweetness and some farmyard. The taste is pine, orange citrus, mango, Irn Bru, light metal and grass with a bitter-citric finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Somehow clearer and cleaner than Kernel using the same kit! Smooth, tasty and rather drinkable!
