Draught. Very roasted aroma, vinous hint. Black colour. Small dark brown colour. The flavour is extremely roasted with a good grassy hop note. Not balanced. Jam, marmalade finish.

Aroma is somewhat stale with hay and vanilla. Flavour has roasted malt, some alcohol, vanilla and hay. Aftertaste has some honey. Bitter in a harsh way, too roasted malt and a bit odd

Pours pitch black with a tiny but sticky brown head. Aroma of massively roasted, almost burnt malts, honey and hints of vanilla. Taste is heavy and complex with a lot of roastiness, vanilla and hints of honey. Finish is sticky and roasty. Alcohol is quite well hidden. Quite well balanced for such an extreme imperial stout

On tap. Pours a pitch black with a small light brown head. Heavy, heavy roast aroma with loads of sweet honey and massive booze up front. Very solid bitterness, heavy roast, dark dried fruit, a little licorice, a little dusty hops and a massive alcohol burn. Wauw, very well made - and manages to remain balanced throughout. 100512
