Bottle(donated by Quack-Duck!): Clear, greenish golden, lively carbonation, beaten-egg-white-like head, tart and citrussy nose with a mild wheaty background and a very, very faint tinge of cloves; mild tart-sourish flavour, light bodied and pretty soft; light sourish fruity-wheaty finish. (bottle) Minimally hazy, pale golden colour with a big but diminishing frothy white head. Mildly grainy and moderately wheaty aroma with hints of citrus, shades of banana and quite present clovy notes. Mildly sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly grainy wheat-malty taste and a rather subdued fruit character; moderately sweet and delicately sour wheaty with subtle fruity notes and a tinge of cloves. 19.II.14
