(swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Pronounced wheat-malty aroma with apricot- and banana-fruity notes, accompanied by a yeasty and present phenolic, clove-spicy touch. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Yeasty, wheaty taste with fruity hints of banana and a slightly sour-fruity touch towards the mildly sweet and phenol-spicy finish with traces of vanilla in the aftertaste. A decent contemporary German Hefeweizen. 02.VI.12

bottle, thank you pivnizub! Cloudy pale golden colour with a mid-sized white head leaving lacework. Wheaty-yeasty nose. Light-bodied, sourish and slightly sweet with a shy hoppy touch, shy hints of barnyard. Very rural, very refreshing, very nice.

Bottle: Pale golden, cloudy , big stable creamy white head, vanilla, bananas and wheat and delicate hoppy traces in the aroma; creamy MF, almost medium bodied, mild sourish-sweetish flavour; slightly lingering wheaty-bananey finish with a very mild hoppy tail. Good Weizen…
