On tap at the Brauereigasthof’s beergarden: Deep golden, presumably hazy, small creamy foamy layer, rural herbal hoppy nose with a delicate bisquity touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and pretty soft; herbal hops linger in the smooth bisquity finish. Fine franconian quality....
