Bottle 660ml.ABV: 6.4%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, coffee, malt extract, star anis. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, burnt bitter, malt extract, spicy. Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover Ulfborg, 2013. Day 2. Pours dark ruby amber with a small off white head. Chocolate, roast, citrus and dark fruit. Smooth and medium bodied. A fine hoppy Stout.

75 cL bottle. Pours dark amber with small yeast sediments floating around. Light fruity and yeasty aroma. Light yeasty and liqourice flavour. Mild fruity note. Shows a light sweet caramel malt note. Mild sweet and roasted finish.

Hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Fruity yeast aroma with some spice in the background, I’m getting cinnamon, clove and vanilla. Malty flavour with yeast, spice licorice and a touch of alcohol. Well balanced spice.

Bottle. (Nissebryg no. 2) An amber, unclear beer with some floaties in it. Small beige head. Quite malty and sweet aroma with caramel and some hops. Sweet flavor with some hops and yeast and a spicy note. Medium bodied-beer that didn’t ring my christmas bells, but quite nice though. (070413)
