From tap. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery and slight fruity. Dry and estery, light bubblegum. Bitter and estery dry finish.

On tap at the Brewpub. Trübes leuchtend gelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack sehr bananig, fruchtig, leicht säuerlich, hefig.

on tap 2008: Das Weizen ist im Antrunk süßlich-neutral und sehr süffig. Der Hauptteil ist für ein Weizen erstaunlich herb, hat aber auch schöne bananige Anklänge. Der Nachgeschmack ist muffig-herb. Es bleibt eine lange, erstaunlich herbe Note auf der Zunge zurück. --> Bis auf den Nachgeschmack eigentlich sehr lecker!! --> 12,11,11,6,-,10 - 9,89

Draught @ Stumm’s Brauhaus im Neunkircher, Saarbrucker Strasse 16, Neunkirchen, Saarland, Germany 66538.Hazy light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, rocky - frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, banana, yeast, light citrus, clove notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, fresh, fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20121004]

Milder Antrunk, hell, getreidig. Trockene Noten, wässrig werdend. Wenig bitter, zum Ende minimal würzig. Deutlich zu mild. 12/8/7/7//7

Tap. Banana, orange, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with moderate head. Light banana/lemon, clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice beer but light.

Hazy blond color. The aroma is lightly spicy. There is a pleasant crispy malt flavor, wheat, spices, but the body is quite weak.
