Bottle: Almost clear, amber coloured, small off-white foamy layer; sourish fruity and roasty nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; caramel, toasted malt and a wheaty fruitiness in the sweetish-sourish finish, followed by a light hoppy aftertaste and a touch of vegetables. (bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Sweet and slightly ashy dark malty aroma with a light to moderate wheat-character and notes of ripe banana. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather calm carbonation. Ashy malty and wheaty taste with notes of bananas and cloves; moderately sweet and fruity, also slightly wheaty finish. 28.X.10
